 As of tomorrow, we will have lived in our apartment for a month.

To celebrate we're spending the day cleaning and organizing it all.

This year, instead of sharing my words for everyone to see, I wrote a letter for only your eyes.

And I meant every word of it.

What I will say is that I am incredibly in love and the fact that we have been us for a quarter of my life is just perfect.

Currently drooling over indoor plants. I need more.

I bought this baby today. 

When I was younger I grew a bunch of fruits and veggies in my backyard all by myself and since we've moved in I've been dying for some touches of nature around the house.

Currently on my list to grow are-

tomatoes (duh)

strawberries

basil

rosemary

thyme

chives

and spinach

I hope I'm still lucky with plants. One of my succulents died and I didn't know it was possible to kill a succulent. I'm hoping it was already dying when I bought it two weeks ago.

I'll keep you updated.

Date Day

Steven and I had the same day off and we took full advantage of it

We had our weekly breakfast date at our favorite diner

Then spent the afternoon shopping for the house (aka my favorite thing to shop for)

It's funny how now that we have our own place, I constantly search for cool home things instead of pretty dresses and purses.

After our fun afternoon we had a romantic dinner on the couch

Even though we share a home, it's hard to find time between our new jobs and the business of everyday life to spend together. I'm so glad we took full advantage yesterday.

Steven brought home flowers last night.

It's the little things.

Two Weeks

We've had our home for two weeks and it becomes more like us everyday.

We have so many plans for our little place. I can't wait for it to all come together.
